That was a pretty generalist and sweeping statement. I assume she missed the word "some" off and inserted the word "Asian" and "white" by mistake.
Some men view women as prostitutes.
Yes sadly a very small proportion of men do view women as objects of sexual gratification. My experience is tho that MOST men (of whatever descent) view MOST women (of whatever descent) as human beings who deserve to be treated with respect (and vice versa).

No they don't, ummmm, but it seems to be a requirement to wear a veil, even though this 'law' does not appear anywhere in the koran. I think muslims pick and choose which 'laws' they want to follow and ignore the ones that don't suit them. eg: alcohol, pig flesh, underage girls, sex before marriage, masturbation, beating your wife and children on a daily basis, the list goes on......
No barmaid, my comments come from experience. Having lived in a very fast-growing, Asian community in Sheffield for 15 years, (there's a maternity hospital on the doorstep where there's never any room for the meagre few white women who dare to get pregnant in their area), I know exactly what I'm talking about. A white girl can't walk down the street without either having crude, racist and sexist comments shouted at her, being spat at, or else a gang of these Asian louts will follow them, touching them in inappropriate places. My name and address was given to any girls that complained of this harassment, by my doctors surgery. I was a 'go-to' place for any girl on the street who was being maltreated, whether they were white OR Asian. You really would not believe the amount of girls who would pop in to my house on the way home from school, because they could not avoid the crowds of Asian men loitering on the streets. The police were completely useless and the schools policy of girls NOT wearing trousers is an absolute farce! Had they been able to wear trousers, they wouldn't have to put up with Asian men grabbing them and shoving their hands up their skirts. Don't dare insinuate that I'm racist, please. I still have many many friends in Bedford who are Hindu's and Sikhs. I've never seen any of them attempt to touch young girls, spit at them and call them dirty words, all preceded by the word White. I often regret leaving Bedford, but only because of the disgusting racist, sexist muslims.
Splitting hairs and nit-picking does not alter the fact that muslim men see white women as easy targets, because they are taught that white women ARE easy lays. Yes, of course my Hindu and Sikh friends are Asian, but they no longer want to be called Asian because they don't want to be associated with muslims. Who can blame them?
I'm not splitting hairs and nit-picking. If you meant "some muslim men", why not say that? Why not say "well I actually meant....." instead of trying to justify a very generalist, sweeping statement with a hate filled rant about sexist, racist muslims?
I absolutely get that there are some men (of whatever race and religion) who DO view women like that, but tarring everyone with the same brush is just plain wrong.
And how the HELL does anyone know that the perpetrators are muslims? Not ALL muslims are asian; not all asians are muslim. The perpetrators could easily be English and of asian descent and follow the christian faith for goodness sake.
Your assumptions and rants say more about you than anyone else.

From the Grauniad (stress added by VE):
//The former home secretary Jack Straw has been accused of stereotyping Pakistani men in Britain after he accused some of them as regarding white girls as "easy meat" for sexual abuse.
The Blackburn MP spoke out after two Asian men who raped and sexually assaulted girls in Derby were given indefinite jail terms.
Straw said there was a "specific problem" in some areas of the country where Pakistani men "target vulnerable young white girls"....
Speaking on the BBC's Newsnight programme yesterday, Straw said: "Pakistanis, let's be clear, are not the only people who commit sexual offences...but there is a specific problem which involves Pakistani heritage men ... who target vulnerable young white girls."
[i]"We need to get the Pakistani community to think much more clearly about why this is going on and to be more open about the problems that are leading to a number of Pakistani heritage men thinking it is OK to target white girls in this way."[i]//
Low-life then, as now, was determined not to think clearly about problems and causes, but rather to vilify those who tried to discuss them honestly.

And the post immediately preceeding mine proves my point"
It proves nothing of the sort VE. There can be no "honest" discussion when sweeping generalisations which are sensationalist and unhelpful are made. The phrase "some muslim men...." would have been a perfectly good way of describing it or even "some men of Pakistani descent". Instead, the net has been widened to include ALL Asian men/all muslims.
I am sure if the words "All men view women as prostitutes" had been used, there would rightly be an outcry from those who were tarred with the same brush.
Low-life? Me? Ok, as a lawyer, I'll take that.
