This is one area where I despair. Legal aid should be for those most in need and not those who seek to exploit the system. The rules are awful and have changed in a way that seeks to prevent those who most need it getting justice.

i would have hanged them, but that's not politically correct and dam right inhumane, it's state sanctioned murder, nah it's eradicating a nasty vile problem, and i'm sure would put off a lot future perpetrators. oh in america it's been found not to work, this is not america, perhaps some might offend, but i think a lot would not..
if such things happened to your children or relatives, would you still say no let them rot in prison, they are over crowded and sentences are light because of it, oh so build more..more taxes, would make no difference, the judges would still give light sentences, we cannot even deport foreign criminals, even the most heinous offenders.
