For those who are a little slow on the uptake and not wishing to get diverted from my original question by examples of a mass murdering doctor, Hitler or any other none black odious criminal.

I was merely addressing this particular rapist who also happens to be black and not of this country (obviously the reason for all those who seem to be getting their knickers in a twist).

Taking into consideration that in the past there has been many posts appertaining to the controversial subject of young single migrant coming into this country under the guise of being children.

He came from Rwanda , which is not one of the child migrant countries and he has been here for at the very minimum 3 years, so well before the 'child migrants' arrived.
So the answer to 'Could this monster be one of those child migrants we have taken in?' is 'NO' and you posted the evidence that it could not be true on the link you gave to support your own question.

His parents are most likely to have come to the UK in 1994 when 100,000s of people in Rwanda were murdered in one of the worst acts of genocide in human history, the UK gave sanctuary to several thousand Rwandans, and granted them citizenship due to Rwanda being a former British colony.

AOG as I said back at 12.38 it is almost certain he was born in the UK to parents who had fled the genocide in Rwanda and were granted UK citizenship because they held British Overseas Passports from a former colony !
Which is the same way that the Ugandan Asians got into the UK when Idi Amin threw them out of Uganda! Uganda and Rwanda used to be the same British colony.
