This bar-steward is now probably in France and on his way to where, Belgium, Germany? there's a lot of choices for him, pity the French didn't vote in Marine.

If only he were restricted to just the entirety of Spain; then he'd be easy to find.

^^ Not easy, but easier, shall I explain the mathematics of it jim :0)
Zacs-Master
/// Plenty sympathisers who would be willing to harbour him, AOG ///

Nooo!!! Zacs, are we not constantly told, that there are very, very few 'radical Muslims'?
Not by me.
Better not try, Khandro, wouldn't want to strain your tenuous grip on basic arithmetic.
If we pretend that he is in the UK, which is more likely? Is he likely to be be in hiding somewhere or out and about strolling down the street?
Anyone know the Barri Gothique in Barca? Never mind the rest of the world!
Why not lobby for city walls around every settlement larger than ten (or the older "round" unit of 12) houses - then man the towers with cannon toting morons ? That would solve it all surely. The US must be contemplating hard borders between states to fence in each "native" bigot, racist, terrorist, etc. who all have notoriously easy access to a shocking selection of firearms.

The problem is there are just so many foreigners and you never know if it is safe to let one of them in. Only on Thursday I saw an excellent introduction to the clarity in the UK's thinking when I entered the country and the first official sign I saw said "Non-EU passports this way (arrow)". The clarity was instantly muddled up by a woman directing some of the non-EU (namely other EEA) citizens the wrong way (according to the sign). When I pointed out the contradiction, she angrily basically insisted that the EEA is in the EU. If the walls were built then (in the UK) there would most likely be a person posted outside each of them directing people to an unmanned opening or tunnel to the settlement's centre.
Marvellous identifiers of people unable to do joined up thinking, these type of posts.
ANOTHEOLDGIT, if one of the suspected Barcelona terrorists is arrested in the UK, I will give £100 to a charity of your choice. If he is found outwith the UK, you have to give £10 to a charity of my choice, deal?
He probably boarded an aircraft the very next day and flew into the UK
"just like that"

We are no longer an Island since the opening of the Channel Tunnel
Take that bet AOG .

Zacs; The Gothic Quarter is the centre of the old city of Barcelona. It stretches from La Rambla to Via Laietana, and from the Mediterranean seafront to the Ronda de Sant Pere. It is a part of Ciutat Vella district. I know it well, I was once robbed there at gunpoint.

Your point being?
He could have disappeared in there. I know it well too.
There are plenty of people in Europe who will gladly harbour him.

Paris and Bruxelles would be top of my search list.

Zacs ; perhaps he's hiding in a doorway.
The offer is there til 12 mid-day to-day.

Ah! I see you began to get 'cold feet'.
No, you were posting on AB at the time and had plenty opportunity to accept it but failed to do so.
