TTT North Korea does not need China to run its Illegal exports, it does very well on it's own. There are thousands of companies throughout the world that are just a front for North Korea.

The items are not up to modern US and European standard but they work and they sell to ANYONE who can pay cash in US$ . The $ are returned to North Korea as cash in diplomatic bags and are how the elite can have a separate economy for luxury goods as well as paying for their missile program .

If it were possible to take out the North Korean leadership without killing millions of innocent NK citizens I would be 100% for it. Unfortunately I can't see a way for that to be possible.
