For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.It is a bit confusing and I may well be wrong on this, but I think that TTT is using the word 'collaborators' in the sense that it was used in WW2 for people in occupied countries who collaborated with the Nazis. Where I lived for so long in France was very near to the internal border and there was a lot of Resistance activity and equal punishment by the occupying force (many memorials to townsfolk). There are still families who will not speak to other families whose members collaborated with the Germans.
We have been collaborting in Europe for 40 years, so Tora cannot be referring to Europe.
We have been collaborating with the US on everything it says, everything it does, for the last 70 years, so it may possibly be that.
So until Tora sobers up and is more coherent, it is anyones guess what he thinks we are collaborating in.
