Mikey, //so why is Corbyn and the labour Party so popular now ? I don't think their policies are the product of "a clapped-out Marxist ideology". I very much doubt that any ordinary voter will now what that means !//
You’ve answered your own question. If you don’t think their policies are the product of a clapped out Marxist philosophy, then clearly you, as an ordinary voter, don’t know that that means. All you see is something that’s ingrained deep into your psyche – the Labour of the past – which in actual fact is long gone and never likely to return. Nevertheless, rather than do the honest thing and actually listen to what’s being said by the so-called Labour of today’s world and use that to re-evaluate your position, you cling to your pipe-dream regardless. Rather than take a step back and actually ‘think’, you would see your country flounder under the unworkable philosophy of power-mad throwbacks – and all for the sake of your rosy fantasy. I see nothing to be commended in that.
