Perhaps Premier Inn's advertising agency first needs to advertise for staff who are able to speak English?

My son works with mainly Romanians. Most can speak pretty good English but they can't read it so well so he ends up spending a lot of his time translating instructions sheets.

They said 'Romanian speaking' because they wanted Romanians - simples !! Webbo, yes still an English speaking country - for now ....
Would it have caused controversy if the ad had simply asked for a cleaner but was in Romanian rather than in English?
