Trump has been giving off scary signals.
We do not know if this is about Iran or North Korean.
At a photoshoot for his military personel, Trump told the gathered press, enigmatically, that it was the 'Storm' before the calm.
What the 'Storm' is which Trump has planned is unknown. But he is overseeing an administration in crisis and he needs an high profile event to shore up his Presidency. Ithink the bext few weeks are very dangerous for the US and the World.

The difference now is that Trump has had to make a stand not that he had much choice given KJN has developed missiles that are pretty much to US terriotry thank to the inactions of Obama and Bush.

It's more about posturing to the Chinese I suspect Mickey. If a number of Western countries are 'there' then it is not just the US.

Plus can be backup incase the Americans need it. They just need to ensure they are behind the Yanks given their history on friendly fire.

If we don't have fighter jets to go with our aircraft carrier then maybe we could loan it to the US for a trillion dollars a week for them to put their jets on.

NK isn't just the regime of the Kim dynasty and military. To be honest the people of NK are quite innocent. They are kept in the dark (quite literally), constantly fed on propaganda and suppressed enough. Let's not blame them or forget them in all this.
