Who reads this carp?
Gromit does.
Question Author
Daily Mail readers.
If this is really what Trump has tweeted, than he is a bigger fool than I thought he was, if that is possible !
Being reported in the media, hardly need to go " looking for" his latest tweets,
Ah Gromit, that explains a lot. Thank you.
Some one really should gag that man....... having said that I do get a good chuckle out of some of his comments...!!
//What are we to make of this gem ? //

Well most of us nothing.

But you and Mickey will have an opportunity to salivate over it.

To save you the effort Mickey:

"Looks like Trump has one supporter"

He is only stating the truth, something that some on here, just do not like.
covfefe
UK crime rises 13% that is just England and Wales, so I suppose he could be criticised for saying the UK.

Most Terrorist threat ever, and I think we can blame the spread of radical Islam with that.

So 9 out of 10 for President Trump.

What truth is Trump stating ?

[A 13% rise in UK crime is due to the spread of Radical Islamic terror ?]

Do you really believe that ?
Crime rates should be taken with a pinch of salt. Figures depend on how crime statistics are determined which can vary from force to force.
Question Author
Ah, it seems that you do.
Give me time to answer it is not all about Gromit and his wanderings you know.

No where does Trump say that the crime rate is due to the spread of Radical Islamic terrorism.

But what he does actually say is "UK crime rate rises 13% annually amid the spread of Radical Islamic terror".

If you don't know the definition of 'AMID' please let me help you:

/// in an atmosphere or against a background of. ///
If you don't believe that they are materially linked then mentioning them in the same sentence is odd. It would be rather like saying,

"I decided to skip school today, amid the recent political turmoil in Catalonia."
Fakenews Donald.
Question Author
Thanks for the grammar lesson AOG, I think I have got it. Does this work...

[Trump tweets nonsense AMID signs of desperation in the Whitehouse that his administration has lost the plot.]
He does at least one " diversion tweet " a day .
Anne, do you think that he actually believes what he tweets?
