surely these MP's should either not attend or stand down.

\\A “TOXIC” Islamic group slammed for its anti-Semitism is being allowed to hold a rally in Parliament — with two Labour MPs as speakers.//

Anti- semitism, what do you expect from Labour.

Not unexpected.
//Labour’s shadow equalities minister and vice-chair of its national policy forum, Kate Green, spoke at a Mend event last Friday addressed by a man, Abu Eesa Niamatullah, who has called British people “animals,” demanded that women should not work, attacked democracy and said that “the Creator is the one who should decide what the laws should be.//
another question is if abu eesa niamatullah hates the uk, why does he not burger off to a muslim sharia country...of wait no freebies
The labour group on Birmingham City Council appointed a gentleman called Waseem Zaffar to oversee 'equality and diversity' in the city. Waseem is a Muslim (did you guess?) and he has described Israel as a 'terrorist state' and demanded that a local MP, John Spellar, stand down because he is 'a Zionist', i.e. he thinks Israel has a right to exist.

Waseem btw has been bunged an MBE and is also a bigamist.

One tires of saying "you couldn't make it up".
Been watching this and the 'National action' thread throughout today.

Interesting difference re traffic volume.
Can't comment on that Talbot as I only dip in for a few minutes a day and haven't see the other thread.

I notice the Mail article refers to the FA being listed as participants/attendees but there is no explanation or clarification. Is this the Football Association?
I noticed, Talbot.
It's only to be expected. National Action, other 'right-wing' groups and 11th century crusaders wreak far more havoc than Islamist groups.
This thread would now be in the 100s had it had been the Tory MPs who were backing this Islamic Extremist Group.
Seems like the Lefties aren't going to touch hot potato, double standards once again from Labour.
TOGO, from the same 2015 article you quote,

"One Tory candidate in a winnable seat was repeatedly approached by a well-known Muslim figure offering large sums of money for his campaign if he signed up to Mend’s “Muslim manifesto.” The manifesto was launched last month at an event in Parliament attended by at least ten Labour and Conservative MPs, though there is no evidence any of them were paid by Mend. Lynton Crosby, the Conservative campaign director, has attended Mend events."

Just been dping some research on mend, and they have had several meetings at the Commons before, with Conservatives as guest speakers.

One was a fundraiser with Baroness Warsi...

As MEND seems to be well connected with both the Conservatives and Labour I suspect the claims of extremism are untrue, or there are gullible people in Parliament.
