Well one of the judges seems to think highly of him.

The vital point is - no he did not.

Plenty of people wish he had, and some like to posture about what they'd like to do if he had, but he hasn't.

He has rights because we have rights.

If we want those rights to be rescinded on the basis of his crime, then we need to vote for that - but to date we have not done so, and we must live with the law as it stands.

There was a period of several years where people did not believe that I was not still in the employ of The Answerbank, even though that ceased about fifteen years ago, but I think I have convinced everyone now!

If you live in this country......by birth or immigration....then you don't do what he did......or...if you do you.... you give up all rights to be treated as someone who obeys the law does......

Thank you - but I sincerely hope that being fair minded is never a lost cause, it is what keeps me sane on a daily basis.

I understand that as a wish, I do, but I can only reiterate that that is all it is - a wish for things to be different than they are.
