One is legal in the UK the other is not. A fully automatic has a magazine with up to 50 rounds that can be fired sequentially just by keeping your finger on the trigger . A semi auto is single shot with auto reload, you have to pull the trigger for each shot. Semi autos are used by target shooters, fully autos are used by mass killers.

Where are you getting the Antifa references from?
Snopes are saying that there is no evidence of this:

The antifa link to this shooting isn’t true, it is fake.
// For anyone monitoring America’s far-right, it was only a matter of time before Devin Patrick Kelley, the man identified as the Sutherland Springs, Texas, shooter, became “antifa.”
...Cernovich pushed the same idea further Sunday evening, citing only “photos.” “Photos of Texas shooter is consistent with profile of Antifa member,” Cernovich posted. “This is looking more and more like Antifa terror.” //

Some crackpot decides the shooter looks like an antifa member, and that is enough evidence to spin a lie.

You posted a cut and paste which claimed:
//The shooter is Devin Kelley, a white athiest male from New Braunfels, Texas. As it turns out, he was a far left Antifa member ( or sympathiser ) and had discussed shooting up white conservative churches.//
Where did that come from?
-Talbot- I directed the question to you as well as EDDIE51 because I don’t understand where the Antifa reference comes from. Did you check out EDDIE51’s link? I only got a Google login page.

I think what we’re seeing is a byproduct of how we have gotten so antisocial in society. We no longer connect with each other like we once did. We’re all on social media. We’re connecting with strangers. We are shunning our family and friends. We’re also not disciplining our kids and giving them the tools they need to survive in society. Life can be rough. If you don’t have the tools to cope, it can be easy to snap.
We need to disconnect. Go offline. Connect with the people around us. Form the bonds we need to get through this life.
Just my opinion.

Many things have been tried, none successful. When the United States Supreme Court ruled that the 2nd Amendment provides a personal right to individuals, the path to viable gun control legislation was essentially obliterated.
The only viable option now for implementing rational gun control legislation that can survive a Constitutional challenge, is to repeal and replace the 2nd Amendment.
The time has come for this to finally happen. A 2nd Amendment that can protect the rights of lawful and responsible gun owners and co-exist with one that allows regulation of this most dangerous product. It is shameful how many people have died while our government has wrestled with the debate over rational regulation vs. NRA money. Shame, shame on Congress.
