Parents ought to ensure that their kids are getting the nutrition they need, and ensure they get sufficient that they don't feel a need to spend on further fast food. It's not the job of authority to impose personal desires and manipulation of citizens like that.
The parking space ban is again, government putting it's nose in where it ought not be. If he wants to reduce congestion then he ought to be in discussions with companies to ensure a spread of jobs throughout the country, and thus spread the load. Not that he would see this obvious sensible move as being what he really should be doing, the job isn't about taking the longer view to sort things properly. Or he could be campaigning for smaller families and less immigration, as fewer people means fewer cars. Or he could be telling town planning that housing, facilities, and workplaces ought to be sited within easy reach of each other to minimise commuting, and asking what the hell were they thinking having the jobs hours away from the homes.

No to both, it’s a well known fact that teenagers can’t walk more than 400 metres to get their fast food lunches with most teenagers being hit with crippling fatigue and gasping for breath before admitting defeat and turning back for a school salad, lol
Parking? He’s doing a great job in angering and infuriating Londoners and I predict a riot soon and his office and his people get-overthrown And a new Mayer who’s fast food and parking friendly elected, lol

1 We had a problem with lunch-times at my last school, but it wasn't just fast-food, kids were getting 'whizz'(which made some afternoon lessons interesting!). Solved by staggered, very short (30 min) lunch-breaks (made for complicated timetables, but there you go) and a rule about not leaving the grounds, enforced by locked gates and staff on duty at the main entrance and patrolling. It is up to the school to solve, in other words.
2 The point about disabled drivers is well made. Also, whilst people have good, alternative transport links inside London - they may regularly need to drive OUT of London, perhaps to visit family.
