Yes it is Alba. Hence why I dont understand the hysteria unless there is an underlying motive of running the UK down. Which seems to be very prevalent from some quarters these days.

I don't think it is that (not from the British press anyway - tho I don't think RT will be commenting too soon on Russia's rust bucket of a n aircraft carrier too soon :-) ), as the even right wing tabloid press which loves to tell us it "backs Britain" is hyping this up too.
I think it's just "a story" - at least there's an element of truth in this one :-)

ichi, for papers like the Express and The Sun I sort of get this over hyped nonsense. I expect more from the likes of the BBC (carrying it currently as lead article) though.
