The reason many are sceptical of what the police put out is because it always seems to be the same stock answer 'Mental Health issues'.

This cannot possibly be the case in all instances just as not all cases will be deliberate but the information given out by people who have a vested interest in hiding the truth will always cause more conspiracy theorists.
