I think it's fair to say that applies to anyone who does what he did, but excuses keep it low profile so as not to scare the masses.

Indeed, i think the man's comment that he did it for Muslims, its not worded exactly like that, but one gets the gist, then suffice to say there is a degree of Islamic terrorism in there, mental health problems or not.

The news on the second man is very scant. Was he filming after the attack (which many people do without getting arrested) or before and during the attack?
What was his reason for carrying a bag of knives?

apparently the two men had nothing to do with one another, i believe the second man who was filming is also in custody, for carrying a bagful of knives.

Police said a second man arrested at the scene was released and expected to be charged with possession of cannabis and a controlled weapon.

The charges are not linked to the car attack.
