I can't repeat his comments here on AB, but they are all there for people to read. Not made in private but in the Oval Office, in front of other people.
Is this really the kind of language that we would expect the POTUS to be using ?

It is quite possible to be a billionaire and a moron, DD. Especially when the core of one's wealth is inherited. As I've said before, Trump is a member of de facto nobility rather than a self-made entrepreneur . - No, this kind of uneducated language is not the kind we should expect from the President. But it is exactly the kind of language we can now expect from the...

Naomi.....I explained all this to you before, and you accepted that it was the truth.
The possible voting public in America is approx. 223 million. Trump got approx. 63 million votes, so the percentage of people that actually voted for him was 28%.
Using the same figuring, Hilary got approx. 65 million votes....more than Trump, and therefore she got 29% of the popular vote..
So Trump was not even close to being supported "popularly"

i think he is a bit wreckless in his words for a potus, after all he is not in a boardroom talking about acquisitions, but i get his point about bad immigration, quality not quantity, vetting of course if possible ? probably not though from third world countries, america has enough home grown nutters without importing more.
The thing about Trump is:
To many people he comes across as aggressive, bombastic, sexist, foul-mouthed, and divisive.
You may disagree, but I am sure you can see that such behaviour might warrant an adverse reaction.
It was interesting to read Hillary Clinton's account of how she used to be "prepped" by her aides for her TV debates with him. As a woman she felt potentially threatened by his mere presence on stage, and one of her guys would "do a Trump" by clenching his fists, leering, and following her around the floor. It was disconcertingly like the real experience, as it turned out.
Even as a bloke I can see how that sort of behaviour and body language might be repulsive.
For many people it is like that: fire a projectile at a wall hard and it may come back at you. It's like Trump: he shoots from the hip, and people shoot back. But he usually shoots first :-)

// We oppose people when they do we don't like and support them when they do what we DO like.
That is sort of er normal ...//
clearly has no place on AB then - ter daah !
MPs apparently are an exception and will refer to each other as - this useless spinelss ball of fluff in the chamber and be happy about standing fluffy a drink in the bar afterwards ....

naomi....like this Senator, I think Trump is racist, and he has shown on many occasions that he is also childish and misogynist.
Dick Durbin was present when Trump made his outburst and I have no reason to disbelieve him ::
