You could be fine one minute, the next flaming hot, or worse flaming cold, then there are unfortunately for everyone and that includes the women, the mood swings, which can be any time and for no discernible reason. Many women don't have menopause symptoms, but many do, and often suffer in silence.
I don't think the strong arm of the law is getting weaker.
I think the people who used strong common sense in creating policing policies are retiring, and the upcoming replacements have less idea about what sort woman becomes a police officer than they should, if they are bringing in insulting nonsensical pap like this
