Yes a terrible crime committed on an innocent 12 year old girl.
But I think that Mr Hussain is being a little economical with the truth when he said that "You get the odd bit of crime in this area but nothing like this".
The Normanton area of Derby is notorious for it's crime, drug dealing, prostitution, robbery etc.
The residents of this area consist mainly of Blacks Asians and Eastern Europeans, the indigenous whites having mostly left the area years ago.
