The trial of 3 men accused of being members of a proscribed terrorist group ‘National Action’ has begun.

Early doors of hearing the evidence, but the prosecution seems flimsy to me and I doubt they will be found guilty.

You are right it does seem a bit flimsy
It does sound vague and dodgey tbh, but if they can be shown to be members hopefully that will be enough. I mean clearly they either have evidence that they were actual members or they don't, it should be that cut and dried if you chip away all of the flowery nonsense.
I don't know what might constitute evidence of membership - presumably members aren't so daft as to wear badges or carry loyalty cards giving them 20% off holidays in Berchtesgaden. But evidence of text messages, say, giving or receiving orders might be enough.
