The editor isn't that happy - can't we just talk normally so everything isn't such a puzzle? TTT, if you want to swear, just asterisk it out, or even better, find a way to say what you mean more politely. And if you avoid rhyming slang, your thread will be about the actual subject and not about how confusing/annoying the way you asked the question is - wouldn't that be preferable?

How come we are deemed unable to "understand" TTT, but are expected to decipher the non conformist warblings of "others"? I cannot be alone in making perfectly good sense of what is being said. Ummm - yes, I agree with both parts of your post. TTT tells us he's a member of Mensa but doesn't seem bright enough to realise he'd get more response to his posts if he wrote in English.

I quite enjoy deciphering TTTs posts, gives my brain a bit of exercise and it's not that difficult. It's the way he is and I think we should leave him to it. We don't all want to be the same and can't tell one from t'other. Well I don't anyway.

The editor should work on getting the Site Rules changed to include a clause forbidding the use of so called mockney then. If such a rule existed, the miscreants could be legitimately tackled.

It'd be a strange thing to do though, especially as most other users don't have a problem with it (personally I find it very funny), and he/she should be encouraging greater use of the site rather than restricting it to only those people who are prepared to talk 'normally'.

It's refreshing honest for some to admit they find it's funny and I accept they do , the last time I giggled at writing rude words backwards to fool Teacher (online censor in this case) I guess I'd be about twelve.
