By this statement:

Is Lammy basically saying that all the Cocaine problem and associated death and destruction is primarily a black issue?

He certainly seems to be but then Lammy is a prat.

Cocaine use is a problem across the board, all colours all classes and all pay packets. Singling one group out is idiotic as it detracts from tackling the problem overall.

For the London killing problem stop and search needs to be reinstated pronto. For the Drug abuse the Judiciary need to start taking it seriously, it is no use the Police rounding this scourge on society up only for them to receive pathetic sentences.
