‘Sneaky, ain’t they’

Who, the leave campaigners?
Spicecrack 16.17 just look at the wide open mouth on the avatar of Farage.
I am amazed that he smokes. I cannot imagine the lips being closed long enough to hold a cigarette between them.
TTT The amount that would be spare is the difference between the £350m and the weekly rebate since the rebate must be being used elsewhere.

If the suggestion is that the slogan was not meant to be taken seriously, why was it on great big hoardings?

it's what we pay, the fact that the EUSSR deigns to give us some of our own money back to spend on their sanctioned projects is irrelevant, we want control of the gross amount, end of.
Zac if you are not able to follow the threads properly and only read some of the words on a post you will inevitably miss the things you are ignoring and I am not about to do your homework for you.

However Let’s just say I found three posts that mention the £350m or ‘the lie on the side of the bus’ in this topic thread alone.

I really do believe you don’t bother to fully engage with these discussions but sit behind your computer engaging in verbal gymnastics thinking you are oh so much more informed and intelligent than everyone else.

Let me tell you something, just because you think you are doesn’t mean you actually are.

By remain voters? Or don’t you know, because that’s what I asked?

You don’t seem to be able to provide any justification for your rather strange claim that remain voters are using the leave votes propaganda to justify why they voted remain.

You seem to be preoccupied with criticising me as a person, and waffling around the subject, rather than answering the questions I’m putting to you.

And just for your info. It’s an IPad.
The UK has never paid £350 million a week to the EU.
The rebate, of about £100 million is deducted BEFORE the Treasury sends any money.

// But the UK actually paid around £275 million a week in 2014 and paid around £250 million a week in 2016.

The UK Statistics Authority has said the EU membership fee figure of £19 billion a year, or £350 million a week, is "not an amount of money that the UK pays to the EU each year". //
