He needs to go on the road here in areas that voted remain to convince them of all the good reasons for Brexit.

What’s the point, other than appearance fees and a grand holiday, of campaigning in a country that has no bearing whatsoever on making a good Brexit.

Carry on with all the TV appearances and all that stuff but get your boots on the ground. Get convincing and turning opinion around here first. There’s still a long way to go to get a proper Brexit and a good deal for the UK.
The Nige resurgens ! hooray !

I am waiting for "brexit goes down the toilet"
yeah that'll be good
The point, cassa, is to prove once and for all that, no matter how much of an alleged firebrand and speaker of truth, a politician is only in it for the goodies.

Bring on the bus!
Always regarded him as a circus act - now confirmed.
I wonder if he will travel on that red bus woth big lies printed on the side.
Never a truer word said Douglas.

But I would have hoped he had more about him than to start the gravy train just yet. Let’s get a proper Brexit sorted first. Then go for your life on any money making schemes you like. (Well legal ones anyway lol)
I'm surprised at you, tora. Bringing attention to this obvious hit piece.
One to one meetings eh !?

Unsure what politicians has to say on these speech tours, but if he gees the Aussies up for new trade deals, can't be such a bad thing.
Yet to see any such bus Gromit. Was it a remainer transport ? I doubt that they'd lend Farage anything.

what lies were on the bus Gromit? I assume English is not your first language.

They were not lies and it wasn't Farage's bus... Do you expect him to steal it?
Question Author
the bus had a fact and a suggestion. Not sure why the hard of thinking find that so challenging.
He’ll need something to replace his salary as a Euro MP.
TTT, if I were to give you £100 per week in rent and you gave me £50 of food each week, how much worse off am I?

If the arrangement stopped but I continued to spend £50 on food, how much of the £100 each week would be left for other things?
Here's another Brexit nail in Britain's coffin.

Third World, here we come.

your analogy would work TCL if they had used the word "net" - they did not.
"He needs to go on the road here in areas that voted remain to convince them of all the good reasons for Brexit."

In fact the only place he needs to visit in the UK is a small terraced street in London SW1. He should knock on the door of number 10 and ask to see the current occupier.

The Hype: "Here's another Brexit nail in Britain's coffin."

The Facts: "It [Lloyds] is expected to move about 40 of its 600 UK-based jobs to Brussels."

Gosh! That should make the 17m imbeciles think again.
If I were unhappy about paying you the £100 and said to others it wasn't worth it and I could spend my £100 elsewhere, would you not think you were being maligned unfairly?
By the way, since you say correctly, it did not say "nett", it did not say "gross" either, did it?
Farage has the worst voting records of the 746 MEPs.

So it should be no surprise to his constituents that he is swanning about Australia when he is supposted to be representing them in the European Parliament (and being paid £80,000 despite never being there).
