Nonononono, the worst things imaginable, in no specific order are sanitation, transport, law and order, job creation, agriculture and a few others.

Any family wealth was lost long before my time. In was born in a council house shared with my Grandparents. We only got a council house of our own 3 years later. Been a council tenant all my life & now at 68 I live on pension credit. I do have a very old photo of one of our ships, it was a 4 mast sailing ship similar to a 'Clipper'.
