Why are certain sections of the community being given an advantage over white males.

I don't think I have ever jumped to their defence....I know almost nothing about them and am not that interested....I just wonder why you seem to blame them for everything. So if you compare the figures with females of all ethnicity, plus ethnic males I think you will find that white males are in the minority.

No matter how people try to spin this policy, the simple fact of the matter is that this is both racist and sexist.

Sp can play his tiny violin as much as he likes, but personally I find discrimination wrong. Discriminating against white males is still discrimination and it is just as wrong as discrimination of black people. I genuinely find it curious why discrimination of white men is seen as acceptable.
