4 more out, 5 to go. Let's all hope the success continues to a final conclusion - it would be a fitting tribute to the rescuer who died.

Dear NJ, Shut up. Yours, Everyone

agree Danny... one cannot compare the cultures and motivations... as jj says... things are so different ..the poor coach was probably just trying to help out..and was trying to protect his charges by going further in..all will come out...but now is not the time for blame...
Apparently and surprisingly the coach has acquired some weird cult type status... He's a top notch plonker if you ask me and if he had taken my son into those caves I would let him know how I felt as soon as he emerged.
Has he Talbot? Really?
//I think Eddie might be wrong on that one. //

Me too, ummmm.
The Coach is a 24 carat idiot for doing what he did and perhaps should be questioned by police if and when he emerges but he doesn't deserve to be left to die.
They went into the caves as an adventure to celebrate one of the boys birthday. The coach didn't know there would be a flash flood that would cut them off from making an exit. I suppose with the water coming up behind you the only thing they could do would be to go further into the caves looking for a safe place .Either that or drown. Thankfully they found one. The coach didn't set out to take the kids miles into the cave but unfortunately the flooding didn't leave him with much choice. The striking thing about this whole matter is the calm and stoic attitude of the Thai people. They believe in Karma . None of them are blaming the coach.
Thank you Talbot.
