Trump can't have it both ways: either he accepts that Russia was meddling, and therefore Putin is a liar and should be called a liar; or he brands his Intelligence Agencies liars and accepts the word of a quasi-dictator against all of his allies. Incredibly, he's managed to achieve both within 24 hours, and that after doubling down on his earlier pathetic statement.
I mean, why do you think we mock him? Because he deserves it.

There are no ‘exaggerated ramblings’ tho. He suggested / advised that May should sue the EU! Sue the EU for gawds sake! He’s then, as Jim has pointed out, either called his own security services liars or Putin.
