I haven't read it so can't comment on the accuracy of your statement, AOG, but maybe they are waiting for definitive information. The truth will come out before too long- even Guardian readers get news from other sources- so i don't see why they would deny the truth or hide the truth.

Of course not, but they are not too keen on certain fact being reported, say naming certain 'communities' or descriptions of some suspects etc.
Perhaps that is why they have shied away from calling it a knife attack the same as all the other media?

So have other reliable souces named the community or described the suspects? If the info is out there I'm sure the Guardian can't hide it from it's readers forever
