There are multiple solutions to these issues on paper. Sadly, you need the people affected to agree to them, which is why none of them work.

IF we overlook the Balfour Agreement 1917 & return Israel to Palestine then why not also India's Partition 1947, creating Pakistan for muslims?

"We" don't really have a say. And I'm unconvinced that the League of Nations had back in the day either. But what is done is done. Those involved start from this status quo and try to get a sensible peace settlement from where they are.
