Saw this earlier on the BBC News channel. Someone has got a lot of explaining to do.
Who really knows what goes on in the murky world of Friday prayers eh?

There is a reason why the second vid won't play.
v_e at 20:43 spotted it and asked "Enough said?"

Answer, "Yes".

//called to task by the hand-wringers and mattress soilers//

So it isn't the words that are against Site Rules, so what could it be?
Probably the implication in your post that 'mattress soilers' referred to some members of AnswerBank.
It appears that some imams think his sermon was inflammatory and war like. Given the time periods of the bombing it is highly likely to have had some influence.

He is a hate preacher, he should be arrested and banged up.

Manage what?

Re the comment I commented on, it needs no explanation it's plain nasty.

If that’s deemed as nasty I can only assume it’s snowing......and heavily at that!
It has stayed so there's no problem really is there.

You and others may think it a grown up way of conversing, I disagree - but hey, who cares what I think.
ymb, I'm very pleased the BBC has taken the tape to be examined by scholars. They don't seem to be in much doubt.
I've said it before, too many mosques in this country. God only knows what plotting goes on inside them!
Some may remember this incident - v_e will;
‘On Question Time when an audience member, who happened to have the triple disadvantages of being white, male and not being young, waved an anti-Western leaflet he said had been handed out at an open day at the Didsbury mosque where Salman Abedi worshipped. This significant revelation mainly attracted awkward shuffling. By contrast, a young woman in a headscarf in the audience immediately dismissed the man’s leaflet as probably not from the mosque and in any case ‘taken out of context’. Along with the programme’s chair, David Dimbleby, she implied it was possible the man had made the leaflet up himself, leaving the poor man spluttering, waving his leaflet and clearly wondering why he wouldn’t be believed.’
Douglas Murray
I remember that Khandro. Here you are:

Khandro, here's an interview with that man. Apparently the BBC interviewed him too but didn't air it.

The leaflet was produced by this organisation.
