I hadn't realised that there were so many Swedish people who were illiterate and incapable using a polling station. So much for the much vaunted Swedish education system.

I think they are largely governed by lesbians of the Green persuasion. They recently appointed a Pakistani Muslim as head of their cultural heritage, which includes all their Scandinavian cultural, historical archaeological artefacts, who confesses he knows nothing of the subject.
