well on the facts given - it is lawful
the copyright is in the camera man not the person photographed

so when you go into Woolies for a bag of crisps - they dont crowd up and say "O O you are on CCTV is that OK?" because they are allowed to do so

But is it legal to film and abuse / swear at school children? Is it not a form of assault? He called them the C word as well as said a load of racism.
