Have you seen any reports o anti -semitism involving Muslims?

No, that is why I am asking the question.
Then there would appear to be nothing to point a finger at.
There's no need to drag Islam into the world of Labour politics.
It's shambolic, factional and back-stabbing enough without adding another layer of chaos and division.
If the Islamic community's not involved, why would folk point the finger at it?
It woudl appear that anti-Semitism is not a feature of being a Muslim - and indeed, why would it?

Islam is a faith of tolerence, notwithstanding its perversion by a minority who twist it to their own ends.

/// There is substantial anecdotal evidence that many antisemitic incidents in recent years, including physical threats and violence, can be traced to certain sectors of the Muslim community, although until recently most governments have been reluctant to acknowledge this. ///

/// In the ground-breaking 2013 EU Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) survey of Jews in eight EU countries, respondents said that about 40 per cent of the most serious incidents of physical violence or threats that they witnessed or experienced came from “someone with a Muslim extremist view”. ///

/// By contrast, “someone with a left-wing political view” accounted for 14 per cent of incidents, and “someone with a right-wing political view” accounted for only 10 per cent. A number of monitoring organizations established by Jewish communities in those countries provided a similar picture. ///

Really - may be to their own - especially the Wahibis. How many Christian churches or Jewish temples are there in Saudi?

Elimination of the unfaithful and infidels and all that....?
That would be the perversion by the minority to which I referred.

/// Islam is a faith of tolerence, ///

Really??? What about it's treatment of homosexuals and women?
It's certainly a big minority then - even like the Remainers perhaps......tolerance not accepted by the majority?
And with one leap he was back in the game. :-)

Saudi Arabia a minority???
AOG - // Really??? What about it's treatment of homosexuals and women? //

I accept that Islam has attitudes towards homosexuals and women that do not sit well with my personal philosophy, but then so does the Catholic church - that's why I am an atheist.
Why does the majority of Saudis forbid churches in Riyadh or Mecca?

Really? the Catholic Church throws homosexuals from tall buildings, and classes females as second class citizens?

You have turned my question about why hasn't Islam been suspected for the rise in anti-Semitism in the UK, into your own support of the Islamic faith, could be interesting but not what I asked.

This is not the minority showing intolerance. It is Saudi Law.

Local laws and customs

Saudi Arabia is a Muslim country in which Islamic law is strictly enforced. You should respect local traditions, customs, laws and religions at all times and be aware of your actions to ensure that they do not offend, especially during the holy month of Ramadan or if you intend to visit religious areas. It is forbidden to eat, drink or smoke in public during daylight hours during the month of Ramadan. The law is strictly enforced.

In 2019, the holy month of Ramadan is expected to start on 6 May and finish on 9 June. See Travelling during Ramadan

The public practice of any form of religion other than Islam is illegal; as is an intention to convert others. However, the Saudi authorities accept the private practice of religions other than Islam, and you can bring a Bible into the country as long as it is for your personal use. Importing larger quantities than this can carry severe penalties.

Islamic codes of behaviour and dress are strictly enforced. Women should wear conservative, loose-fitting clothes as well as a full length cloak (abaya) and a headscarf. Men should not wear shorts in public.

From 24 June 2018 women were legally able to obtain a licence to drive a car, motorbikes and scooters. You should seek guidance from the local authorities on how to apply for a local licence.

Homosexual acts and extra-marital sexual relations, including adultery, are illegal and can be subject to severe penalties. It’s also illegal to be transgender. Transgender people travelling to Saudi Arabia are likely to face significant difficulties and risks if this is discovered by the authorities. Yes a very tolerant religion indeed, it would seem.
I would be very surprised if any large community, group, faction or party didn't have an element of antisemitism within it somewhere.

I am unaware of any particular problems within the UK Muslim Community, but that's not to say I just haven't read the reports.

Indeed there have been strides against antisemitism from UK Muslims.
