What Antisemitism?

I have yet to hear ONE solid example of this alleged rampant antisemitism in the Labour Party. Innuendos galore, tittle-tattle and gossip, but no hard examples.

Is it just part of the ongoing anti-Corbyn campaign?

Corbyn would be a deep-cover anti-Semite to be sure, but if he keeps the company of anti-Semites and turns a blind eye to what they say, think, and do, then yes: he is part of the problem.

Corbyn keeps bad company and makes bad judgement calls when it comes to this. His past personally contains many examples where he has spoken out against anti-Semitism and in favour of protections for Jewish people. But he's the Labour leader now: that makes him responsible for its public image, and he is manifestly unsuited to that task.
"I'm not sure what your point is. "

It's this, surely those who aren't leaving the labour party are basically saying they're fine with how things are? This to me indicates those who are fine and don't realise there is a problem, will still leave because the don't want to appear antisematic, they'll just follow the crowd. Thsoe in the party who have shown they are antisemitic surely should be named and shamed? Why not?
there are many examples not least of which was my example yesterday where 2 jewish party members were told their blood was not human. I don't think anyone seriously doubts the problem BB. I haven't read the whole thread, no doubt others have put up examples, you may choose to dismiss them but antisemitism is a problem even acknowledged by Agent Cob himself in his many empty promises to root it out.
BA for Kromo, who has himself doubted the antisemitism in the past but now accepts the evidence and provides several links that are indisputable.
There is no Anti COB campaign, he has done it all himself by ignoring the issue as jim has pointed out.

A true leader would have nipped it in the bud, he didnt and has let extremists spout their bile. He is not a natural leader and was at his best as a back bench rabble rouser.

It's odd he also slams MP's for speaking out against the labour Party when he himself spent a lifetime doing just that!
I must admit, when it was all initially coming out that I suspected some shenanigans. However the evidence is overwhelming and damning and it is probably too late for COB to do anything about it, that's if he can now.
even Kinnochio knew when to root out the wronguns.
//it is probably too late for COB to do anything about it, that's if he can now//

If he wasn't prepared to tackle it head on he never will. The horse bolted ages ago...

there you go BB, another Labour MP thinks it's a problem?

Has any of the above made you review your belief that there is not an antisemitism problem in the Labour party?
"Has any of the above made you review your belief that there is not an antisemitism problem in the Labour party?"

Yes.
Corbyn, as Trump said of Robert de Niro, is a pretty low I.Q. individual; his first wife, Jane Chapman, said that she never knew him read a book in 4 years of marriage. Despite having all the advantages of educated parents and private and grammar schools, he managed just 2 E's at A-level and dropped out of the old North London Polytechnic, - which was not an institution famed for its intellectual rigour, to put it mildly.

'His [Corbyn's] academic failure was the midwife of his political failure. "Anti-Semitism is the socialism of fools", said August Bebel. Instead of seeing the power structure as it is and trying to change it, the anti -Semite fantasises about a cabal of Jews controlling everything'.

A party that expels members guilty of antisemitism is a party to be applauded.

If only all other parties would expel THEIR bigots.
Bainbrig, //A party that expels members guilty of antisemitism is a party to be applauded. //

Does that mean that, contrary to your OP, you now acknowledge that anti-Semitism exists within the Labour Party?
any answer to my question at 11:02
For the record I am a Jewish Labour voter and come from from a staunch Labour voting family, I was also a big Corbyn supporter initially and for the first time find myself feeling at odds with the party and if the decision is made by the Jewish Labour movement to remove themselves then I and my family will do so too.
I don't think Corbyn is an anti-semite himself, but I do think he keeps company with those who are and ignores the fact, and if you lie with dogs, you rise with fleas.
Labour's hatred of Israel and Zionism spills over to become anti-Semitism. Some of them don't seem capable of differentiating between the two.

Naomi. Barrack-room lawyers should read more carefully. “...alleged rampant antisemitism...” Nothing about individual bigotry, which should of course be stamped out wherever it rears its ugly head.
Question Author
Naomi’s nonsense knows no bounds. “Labour's hatred of Israel and Zionism spills over to become anti-Semitism.”

Is this the same Labour, the same socialists, who stood firm against the fascists at Cable Street? The same socialists who flocked to Israel in the 50s and 60s to join Kibbutzes?

We still love Israel and Jewish people - it’s the increasingly right-wing Israeli state we’re against.

Stop confusing your own silly prejudices with valid opinions.

Who are 'we', Bainbrig? People like Ken Livingstone and Naz Shah, both utterly - and quite disgracefully - appallingly ignorant of Jewish history – and there are plenty more like them around. No Bainbrig, these ‘socialists’ are not the same as those who fought the Battle of Cable Street. They don’t and can’t hold a candle to them.

Incidentally, if the best you can do to counter my arguments is insult me, best you don’t bother because it doesn’t wash.
