Only in sharia law, and regardless of what it's considered to ISIS, in the UK and especially at the age of 15, rape is rape, no matter what religion blanket you put over it.
She was young, easily influenced, naive and brainwashed from ISIS propaganda.
Regardless how we feel about her, those are facts that should be taken into consideration before we feed her to lions.

Have you conceded that rape (by our standards) is condoned by the sharia?
Do you or do you not understand that the sharia is God's law? And, as such, supercedes man-made law? And that if God has mandated that a man can have sexual congress with a nine year old girl then people like Spath or VE have no right to oppose it?

A commenter earlier provided a flow chart of the path to making someone stateless (PeterPedant, maybe). These things all have a sequence to follow. The first question is where Shamima Begum goes from the refugee camp. Due to Location, the Syrian government gets first refusal. If they don't want the hassle, she can find somewhere else to go. Failing that, Syria send her here.
We then have the opportunity to look at any offences under UK law, and to assess her mental capacity if offences merit prosecution. At the same time, questions will be asked about her ability or willingness to provide safe care for her baby, and whether she has an entitlement to social housing and benefits.
My guesses would be that Syria have more important stuff to worry about than putting tens of thousands of people on trial. They might have a temporary media blackout and find they have fewer detainees than they previously thought. I would naturally be mildly annoyed, but it would hardly be a surprise from that murderous regime, and we have a noble tradition of looking away.
Her faith might win her a place in a largely Islamic country, or she could return here. Because we have decided some terrorists are good and others bad, it is highly likely offences of supporting the wrong terrorists will be identified. TV interviews so far do not convince me she would understand the charges, but that is not my decision. She does not qualify under habitual residence rules for benefits, although could be considered a refugee. Again, not my decision.
Her lifestyle choices appear to have contributed to the death of two children so far, so her ability to care for her third is in serious doubt. I have seen no suggestion that her family are any more stable and reliable, but the law says they must be considered.

My thoughts about Ms Begum are irrelevant; my ability to believe my country is governed by people with respect for law and international conventions is of far greater importance.

Normally we hunt down and persue anyone who has commited terrorist offenses.
We see ask other countries to arrest them so that they can be extradited and face justice in a British Court.
In this case, we are going out of our way to let her go free, to avoid justice, and more importantly to avoid punishment.
And we are breaking our own laws and international treaties to fascilitate keeping her British justice.
And even more strangely, you all seem happy about that.

In this case, having to stay in the s*thole she chose to go to in favour of Britain would be both punishment and justice enough. That's why we're not that bothered about seeing her on trial in a British courtroom.
Having said that, I think the legality is dubious, and we'll probably see her back here.
