// Lawyers representing a Syrian boy who was attacked at school have served a legal letter at Tommy Robinson’s home in an attempt to sue him for defamation.

The anti-Islam activist posted a series of videos and Facebook posts about the incident in October.

The suspect, a 16-year-old boy, has been summonsed to court for alleged assault.

The teenager had shared numerous posts from Mr Robinson’s Facebook account in the months before the incident, as well as from Britain First and other far-right accounts. //

One of the drawbacks of accepting £millions in donations from gullible far right but jobs, he is now worth suing.

^ to talbot
oh talbot he also says "I'll drown you"

Difference is waterboarding resembles the feeling of drowning this guy actually poured water into a boys throat to try drown him.

He should be hung and quartered and his parents should disown him the little brat.
spath, //Now you even admit how unexplainable he is. //

I've said nothing of the sort.
"I've said nothing of the sort."

My bad then, i thought you questioning why he posted a online sourced photo was implying that was explainable.
//He should be hung and quartered and his parents should disown him the little brat. //

Says Spath who so regularly takes the moral high ground ....

Naomi,
This is a man who was on a suspended sentence for Contempt of Court, who went out and committed the exact same offence in replica circumstances. It may not make sense and may be potty, but Robinson did that.
talbot if that happened to your kid how would you feel? If your child was alone, had a broken arm, was in a country where he was a minority and a big, tall bully forced him to the floor with his arm in plaster, forcing water into the throat of your child whilst saying i'll *** drown you you stupid little ***
Yes, Spath. Your 'bad'. (What a daft expression that is).
or would you get him to suee the MSN for exaggeration? Because there is one thing.. a lie and an exaggeration.
Naomi your post at 14:49 is implying i can't say that because i have an attitude my parents should disown, is that correct, if not what is post 14:49 implying?
Spath, I truly believe you really don't know what you're talking about at times. Read what you've written..... and think about it.
how about we just write about the OP, and not cryptic answers about me and my character
I think spath is being led up the garden path by somebody. Not a customer, obviously.
Naomi

"Those two options don't compare. Bearing in mind he's watched constantly by people waiting to bite, why would he lie deliberately? Got his facts wrong is a distinct possibility."

So yes why did he use a fake photo?

Is it explainable?
Anyone who waterboards another person should go to jail for a very long time.

Was Jamal 'waterboarded' or is that a demonstrable lie?
spath, //Got his facts wrong is a distinct possibility.//
Talbot he was pinned down whilst water was poured over his face / into his throat so was it a lie? No it may have been an exaggeration because no cloth or actual ties were used?

Did you hear what the boy was sayign whilst he did this? He honestly at that moment wanted to crush the boys life into nothing. Grim.

Are you implying the person who poured water in the throat of this poor school boy should be able to sue the MSN? Do you really believe that? and is that what you think when you hear this story? Just a few questions to determine "are u a wrongun"
yea so is it explainable then naomi? Got his facts wrong ?
spath, it's a possibility - but I've already said that. What more do you want me to say?
