The lawyer for Shamima Begum’s family says there are “strong but as yet unconfirmed reports” that her baby son has died.

The 19-year-old and her newborn son, Jarrah, had been living at a Syrian refugee camp after having her British citizenship stripped.

Yes its heartbreaking to lose 3 babies but its a consequence of her own actions, thousands of babies and children have died in Syria, the mothers and the littles ones had no choice but to stay and die .

We never saw her in the last days of pregnancy with a bulge - but granted it would be not noticeable in a burka, and all we saw in the video was another woman holding a bundle of black cloth, was it a baby? was it hers? why wasn't she holding it ? why was she walking around as if nothing had happened?

I don’t know if anyone saw the Channel 4 report on the ISIS brides in the N Syrian Kurdish refugee camp. One at the age of 19 had just buried her 6th husband at the rate of one a year. These people are fanatical baby producing fodder : presumably their continued fanaticism is a way of convincing themselves that their lives to date are not wasted. SB seemingly is a slightly milder version of that.
Goodness knows how many babies have come and gone in the midst of all that.

No proof whatsoever Baldric. Just replying to Khandro's post above mine. It clearly showed her holding a baby. I never said it was her baby.

and doubt the child ( or non-child ) is dead ....
