Traitor Blair?
Tony Blair has been accused of “unacceptable” behaviour after it emerged he has been briefing Emmanuel Macron on how to force Britain to stay in the EU.
The former Labour prime minister believes that if the EU stands its ground over the Brexit deal, Parliament will cave in and accept a customs union - which would keep Britain yoked to Brussels - or a second referendum that could cancel Brexit altogether.
Sources in Paris confirmed to The Telegraph that Mr Blair had been speaking to the French President about Brexit.
He is reported to have told Mr Macron to “hold firm” and wait for events to play out in London that end in Britain staying in the EU.
Peter Bone, a Eurosceptic Conservative MP, said: “It is totally unacceptable for a former prime minister to go around the heads of European countries and undermine the Government’s position. I’m not sure we could find another time in modern history when this has happened.

Whatever conversation TB is alleged to have had with Macron it won't sway anything and we have seen examples of the latters recent thoughts on the UK Brexit position.
TB may have his own inflated ego which continues to irk many folk but to somehow think that his opinions and advice is so cogent as to affect anything is absurd.
Theresa May is the only person who has dug a hole she is finding extremely hard to get out of.The damage caused by agreeing to the EU terms and the position we are now in is way and beyond any subsequent damage TB can do with his peevish offloading.

It was totally unacceptable of David Cameron to immediate walk out after tbe referendum result.
It was totally unacceptable that Theresa May agreed to a bad deal which cannot be supported by a swathe of her own party let alone the opposition.

The EU has its own lawyers/advisers.
TB's continued wheel spokes are of no consequence and what is Macron going to do? Tell the other countries 'Look here boys and girls, look what TB is saying, there may be something in this'....
The EU are holding firm anyway and will continue to do so.It is an impasse.

Tony Blair is Yesterday's Man with blood on his hands.
The further away from the UK he goes, the brighter his reputation and the more people will pay to hear him spout his irrelevant nonsense, secure, as he is, that is opinions still matter to anyone outside his inner circle of admirers.
This is not to be expected, and I suspect that any politician high enough to have any meaningful effect on Brexit will be well aware of Mr Blair, and what he is, and more importantly, what he is not - someone of any influence whatsoever.

I think it is a little more than asking for Macron's thought's on the matter, how can you be so naive? It isn't a simple matter, to gain a meeting with the President of France, why would Macron want to meet Blair, a person of no political standing, anyway?
Also it's a known fact that along with Gina Miller and many others, Blair is on the payroll of George Soros, who is hell-bent on trying to stop Brexit.
