Cannabis is not a stimulant, it's a psychoactive substance and one report from a newsreader does not constitute conclusive proof of your already misinformed statements IMO.
CNS stimulants are a totally different ballgame, I could easily buy that this murdering nutter may have been out of it on cocaine or amphetamine sulphate, the latter of which was Hitler's chosen drug. I was talking to someone and he said something very interesting. He said that had they declared 9/11 culprits mentally disturbed (instead of terrorists). Just like they do to these people, a lot of countries (especially) Afghanistan woudn't have been invaded and thousands of lives would have been saved.

well we know the law on this: if you drugs yourself and do something, you cant blame it on the drugs. -

anyway the point of a terrorist attack is to say
