Prime example of passing the buck.
Opened her mouth and said nothing. Nothing new anyway.
she's right about one thing, we are sick of it, get it done, OUT WITH NO DEAL NOW!
No need to shout TTT.
Lies.
It was embarrassing.
Especially the stomping off at the end.
A speech ostensibly to “the people” but actually a dressing down to her recalcitrant Brexiteer Wong in front of the class.
Just as her previous performance was a dressing down to the EU.
She may have seen a poll that suggests that contrary to what she predicted, nobody much blames the EU for the current situation. As a matter of fact, more people blame her govt than they do parliament.
Wing, Wong ..,
I quite like “Wong” :-)
my ghast is flabbered that anyone is actually still listening to her
A significant one that will go down in the annals as her 'Rivers of Blame' speech...
With the cabinet divided as well as parliament unless she can bring back something from EU to get her vote through next week she will have to go.
^ every cloud ...

I truly thought she was resigning, alas, just more same old same old .
Maybe grumpy.......maybe!

But where should she go and through what mechanism and who would replace her?.......who would want to?

if you mean a General Election, then are you quite sure that Labour would win...eg a working majority?........I am not.
She can’t have an election. She promised not to lead the parry into one.
She was never going to resign: that would be done outside Downing St.
She has one tune and one tune only. If that tune is finally put paid to she will go.
I would assume she would have to tell the Queen she was resigning and much as happened when Gordon Brown came in the new P.M. would step in.On the subject of a general Election, there would have to be a two thirds majority in the house for the calling of a G.E. under the fixed terms parliament act and given the situation no Conservative M.P. would vote for that.I am not certain even then there would be a Labour victory, there is no great desire in the country for a John Mcdonnell type financial policy

It seemed to be laying the groundwork for her exit (which must be coming very soon) and how she wants to be viewed by history. Almost a resignation speech in itself - 'I did my best to do the people's will but have been thwarted at every turn'.

No-one seems particularly impressed, and I mean no-one - the public, anyone in any political party, or anyone in the EU.
Or a successful No Confidence motion -- the chances of that seem to be growing somewhat.
if anyone has any confidence after what we've seen then they're a blind supporter.
"the new P.M. would step in"

I am sure it would indeed be that simple (!)
That is the problem.
