Mv3 Have I Missed Something?
I thought that piece of excrement Bercow had blocked plans for a third vote.
How come they are now talking as if it is going to happen?

Seems consistencies can clash. Consistency to follow existing (even if old) rules, or consistency in allowing a speaker to decide what parliament wants ? Seems they make it up as suits them. But ok, rules and laws can be ignored if desired then.

As far as I am aware, so far the Speaker hasn't allowed a further vote to take place. Theresa May is merely proceeding on the assumption that he will do so. Probably what's likely to happen is that if there are no signs that the House will vote for the deal then there wouldn't be a vote, but if the House changed its mind then they'd force through the vote anyway.
