I honestly believe that, although he has served his sentence, no professional British club would take him on. There would be quite a backlash from the fans and many would refuse to pay to watch him wear their shirt. He may be able to secure a contract elsewhere - China are taking more foreign players on.

There may be some but in reality this bloke was treated very harshly for what he did - kissing her. In France or Germany this wold never have happened. He is not a paedophile neither is he really a kiddy fiddler, even sex offender seems a bit odd.
He broke the law, has done his time so should now get on with his job and not lounge on the dole.

he has to promise not to kiss anyone in the changing room, or on the field.

for some it is - and others not

Hmmm, picking hairs there a bit and as for grooming not sure a great deal of that went on in the usual sense of the term. And lets not forget the girl only told her parents because he wouldn't see her. Woman scorned and all that.
Not saying he did wrong, in this country he did, in other EU countries (which many want us tied to) he did not.
