2) Plod can't be bothered to interview the girl or give out a description despite the fact there must be cctv.

5 years ago, I accompanied a young woman to the hospital who believed that she had been drugged and raped.
She wanted to be tested for drugs before she went to the police.
It was a Sunday. The doctor said “there is nobody here too do the testing at the weekend, and we are here to save lives.”
So if you get to see an a-hole like that, going to the hospital is futile.

Did the police test her for drugs? That would be the normal procedure

She wanted to be tested before she named anyone, hc.
The police wouldn’t test her unless she named someone first.
It happened on a Saturday, she went to a police station on Monday (as the knock back at the hospital just made a bad situation worse).
Would anything still be in the bloodstream by then?
