Not really a meaningful distinction. How easily mankind survives extreme climate change is directly affected by our efforts to reduce its severity.
We are already facing serious impacts, but it will get progressively worse if we ignore the problem.
I understand the disruption is extremely annoying and frustrating (I'm one of the people affected, as is my partner) but if you agree with the principle of protesting and think the cause is a worthy one, I think it's hard to seriously disagree with this.
