That article is an interpretation of what is shown on the video with no basis of fact for that interpretation. Its not even known who the people are. It could be entirely set up. The girl who is approaching the door could have taken the bag(or something that is in it) from the girl who is trying to get it back.....they may actually know each other..... I mean I know that the Mail is good at making sensationalist bricks without straw but even for them this is a crumbly mess.

Well, the victim is blurred, and appears a smaller build, and a bit more "fresh" than the lady trying to rob her.

If they were the same age, both people would be blured as they would be regarded as school children. Children or people of a school age need approval for their face to be publicised.

I would hazzard a guess than it's a 25 - 35 year old smack head trying to steal a school girls rucksack.
