Tom Kibasi head of the left wing IPPR wants a GE? there's a surprise. They think they can get Cob into no 10 and with the BP diluting Tory votes they might just, Boris won't risk that. After what happened in 2017, coupled with the brexit party, he'd be radio rental to risk a GE until brexit is done and dusted, BP and UKIP have disbanded and the Tories are back into wiping the floor with Labour mode, that'll be 2022.
Possibly because it didn't last time. What is and is not permitted at that place seems less than detailed in advance. They seem to make it up as they go along and produce precedents. They haven't taken control of the day's business like they did last time, but who knows what nonsense can be dreamt up next. All the more reason to keep them away and prevent them wrecking democracy for the people.
