You are, for one, correct Spathyboy.

Consider the gulf between Alesha Dixon and Diane Abbott.
You could have chosen someone with a bit more heritage.

SZA for example? Beautiful woman.

I think it's a strange opinion but then Morrissey is a well known see you next Tuesday about lots of things.
I don't 'prefer my own race' at all, what a weird concept.
I prefer to mix with people I have things in common with for sure but the sex, age, the colour of someone's skin, religion or ethnicity never enters my head when choosing who to mingle with. I'd be more likely to sit with a group of male Asian and black creatives and chat than with a group of white female engineers because we'd have more in common. As for intimate relationships- it really doesn't matter then. If you choose partners based on their skin colour then you have a massively deep seated problem.
One could pose a thousand such questions. The only people who can say whether it’s truly racist or not are the one’s who could potentially take offence.
It's better to mate with people of a different heritage for the health of the baby and society. It's better to mix genes that very different rather than similar.
Racist not to fancy someone?

Good God, I've heard it all now.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. At present the thought Police can't do much about that.
Do you own a Banjo Spath?
"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
Beauty is planted into the eye of the beholder, by the very 'thought Police' you think can't do much... it is education/acculturation/ tribal induction we all had.

YMB you can literally think whatever you like.

However the act of saying it is racist.
Yea, I prefer my race - the Human Race.
de ya like dawgs?
Sorry, but your talking rowlocks as usual Spath.

Guess you are deliberately trying to wind people up on here since no sane person would think that.
And while we are on the subject, you do realise that fancying your own "race" is not limited to white people.

In fact non white people can be even worse. Are they all racist? I dont think so.
ah the ol.. i have no idea what point ur making so i'll call you a troll

Just because you don't understand something doesn't make it whatever odd swear word you're trying to spell.

Those who opt to take offence are the last individuals to decide on whether something is offensive, or racist in this case. I don't know why some continually push the myth that only they can decide. Such a decision has to be independent. Otherwise everything can be deemed offensive or racist.
OG, ‘Those who opt to take offence are the last individuals to decide on whether something is offensive’

Have you actually read that back to yourself? If you do you’ll find it’s cobblers.

The last people to decide whether something is offensive is anyone who isn’t the intended target of the offensive phrase / image or whatever.
I freely admit I dont understand a lot of your nonsense.
"The last people to decide whether something is offensive is anyone who isn’t the intended target of the offensive phrase / image or whatever. "

So in this case, since all races do it, who exactly is the intended target?
I’ve already clarified that the premise in the OP is nationalism, not racism. I was commenting on subsequent ignorant comments. Not the original one.
The people who reduce every conversation down to a matter of race could be said to be the most traditionally 'racist' because everything in life is NOT exclusively a question of race, so why make it so?
