I am sure taking into account past terrorist attacks carried out by members of a certain race makes one wary of such things, even though it is obvious, that they are not all the same.

Take the Staffordshire Bull Terrier for example, they have a bad name and many avoid contact with them, but most are just so placid.

If a person is behaving suspiciously and furtively I would take notice, the simple act of carrying a rucksack - no.
